A turnkey tiny home is a house that is ready to move into as soon as you purchase it and does not require any major repairs or improvements before it is livable. This also means that everything in the house is either brand new, rehabbed, or in otherwise excellent condition with no visible signs of wear, you just turn the key and move in! Our homes are part of a tiny home community, that we call “Villages”.
Tiny Life offers two types of turnkey homes, you can either purchase or lease the lot where your new home sits. Below is the list of our available turnkey tiny homes, their details and which Village it is placed at.
Residents receive standard benefits of all Tiny Life® Villages, which includes paved roads, shared wells, septic systems, landscaping of common areas, and maintenance of community amenities. The initial setup includes all landscaping, added steps, electrical and septic hookup, and skirting along with the home.
