We have multiple tiny home community options for you to place your new Tiny Life® home! The residents will receive the standard benefits of all Tiny Life® Villages, which includes paved roads, shared wells, septic systems, landscaping of common areas, and maintenance of community amenities. Depending on the Village, you can lease or own your lot and enjoy the variety of included amenities such as gated entrances, clubhouse, fitness center, pickleball court, picnic areas, community firepits and even access to fiber internet.

Peaceful Meadows is our newest tiny home community located just outside of Franklin, NC with 78 homesites across the 28 acre property. This village, where you purchase and own your lot, combines luxurious living with minimalism, designed to offer a lifestyle surrounded by nature and connection.
Sugar Mill Creek
Lake Burton, GA
Sugar Mill Creek is a tiny home community near Lake Burton and is a private, gated, resort-style community, with 51 leased park model tiny home sites over the 12 acre property. We strive to provide outstanding service, numerous activities, and upscale amenities for our homeowners and their guests.
Whitetail Cove
Franklin, NC
Whitetail Cove homesites are nestled in the woods along a beautiful meadow with long range views. There are only 4 lots left in the current phase. Leased sites will be available in late 2025. Amenities include a gazebo pavilion and trout pond. Each lot will have a graded homesite, access to a shared well, a septic tank installed, and electric utilities available on the site.
Trimont Tiny Village

Trimont Tiny Village is located in Franklin, NC. This is a very small community with 6 lots that are from 1/3 acre to almost 2 acres. There are currently 3 lots left. Each lot has a graded site for you to place your home on, access to a shared well, a septic tank installed, and electric utilities available on the site. There is a small annual POA fee to cover road and well maintenance.
